Blender Jello

With school starting, I thought I would share a couple lunch goodies for your little one.

What you'll need:
3/4 cup boiling water
1- 3oz. package strawberry flavored gelatin mix, unsweetened
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 medium banan
ice cubes

1. Blend together hot water and gelatin mix in blender
2.  Add ice cubes to milk to equal 1 1/4 cups.  Add to blender
3.  Add bananas and blend at high speed.
4.  Pour into eight small paper cups and chill until firm
5. Enjoy!

Hope you like it!  Love, BJ

My son starts back to school on Monday and I was just saying that it's time to make a list of lunchbox ideas and after school snacks. Thanks for the great idea!
