Ingredients
ice
lemon juice
port wine
white rum
1 tsp sugar syrup
1 egg white
Put the ice into a cocktail shaker, add in the rum, port, lemon juice and sugar syrup, then add the egg white, shake very vigorously and strain into a chilled ice.
