2 Easter Cocktails!

With Easter a few days away, here are two yummy cocktails for you to enjoy, or to get through the day!


Pink Bonnet

1 1/2 oz gin                                                                              
1/2 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 dashes creme de frambois or grenadine for color
white of an egg

1. Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg whites
2.  Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into small glasses
3.  Add fresh muddled mint leaves











Blue Cottontail
1 1/2 oz vodka                              
1/2 oz triple sec
1/4 oz blue Curacao
orange peel

Shake all ingredient in shaker with ice.  Strain into glass.  Add orange peel if desired, and Enjoy!
